I am an experienced Polymer Technologist with over nine years of research and industrial expertise across coatings, adhesives, foams, composites, and thermoplastics. My work focuses on sustainable polymer development, performance optimization, and material innovation, supported by strong capabilities in scale-up and technology transfer. I have extensive experience in synthesizing bio-based polyols, polyurethane systems, hybrid resins, nanomaterials, and functional polymer structures. My research spans waterborne, UV-curable, self-healing, pressure-sensitive, and structural adhesives, along with the development of high-performance polyurethane and non-isocyanate foams for insulation and advanced applications. I am proficient in diverse polymerization techniques and advanced material characterization. I have successfully led R&D projects, secured competitive research funding, and collaborated with industry and academic partners to drive product development and commercialization. With a strong publication record in high-impact journals, I actively contribute to advancing green polymer and bio-based materials technology. I also supervise postgraduate researchers and have established laboratory capabilities for synthesis, testing, and application development, bridging research innovation with real-world industrial needs.
