Kris is a lecturer on the BSc (Hons) Sports Science with Exercise Physiology programme where he is the module co-ordinator for Human Physiology 2, Sport & Exercise Physiology, Applied Coaching Science and Fundamentals of Sport & Exercise Science 2. Prior to lecturing, Kris completed his PhD at the University of Limerick where his research focused predominantly on the physiological adaptations of strength training in endurance athletes. Kris is also a UKSCA accredited Strength & Conditioning coach and his research interests include the physiology of strength, speed and endurance training.
