Personal profile

Research interests

My research focuses on understanding the wider societal and contextual factors that influence women’s health and wellbeing. I am particularly interested in mixed-methods, interdisciplinary, participant-centred physical activity and resistance training research. I find real-world setting research, that includes health behaviour change techniques, most interesting. My long-term research priority is to reduce gender health disparities.
