Brabender MetaStation 4E

Here at Applied Polymer Technologies, we're excited to spotlight the Brabender MetaStation 4E, which is the latest modular torque rheometer drive unit from Brabender.

Polymer compounds can be mixed and extruded into a wide range of profiles including film, sheet and 3D filaments using one or other of the various attachments.

The MetaStation4E is used to drive measuring mixers as well as single and twin-screw extruders. Torque, time, temperature and pressure are all measured, and the data acquired and recorded via the instrument mounted MetaBridge software with touch screen control system.

The test data can be monitored live by any number of authorised users via the internet making this an ideal tool for communicating information to students or sharing results with business partners.
